Talk Therapy is my focus. I think it's incredible and i have found that Therapy is often the first place people feel heard, validated, and understood. lieb is a wonderful therapist who is constantly challenging me to look beyond the narratives I have of my own life and to see things from a kinder perspective. They are a great listener and push me to sit with my emotions, leading me to have a better understanding of how and why I am feeling a certain way. Working with Lieb has taught me how to be a better listener, communicator, and to be more in touch with my needs as well as my physical form. My favorite thing about our sessions is that there is always room for conversation around the actual therapeutic session, which allows me the option to honestly evaluate how the work feels, and gives me real time practice for communicating how things could be more helpful if need be. I am very grateful for how tuned in they are to my body language, their great recall memory, ability to make connections I may have missed, and genuine caring heart.
