I aim to eliminate structural barriers to accessing therapy, and I believe having a fee that works for you consistently is key to the sustainability of our work together.

To set up your first session, contact me directly to schedule a free 10–15 minute phone consultation.
During our call, you’re welcome to share as much as you’re comfortable about what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from our work together. I’ll also share how I approach therapy and answer any questions you may have.
If we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule your first session, and I’ll send the necessary paperwork through Simple Practice for you to complete before we meet.

The process of joining group starts with a conversation. If you're interested, reach out to schedule an initial consultation. We'll meet for 1–3 individual sessions to get to know each other, explore your goals, and assess whether group is the right fit for you. These sessions provide space to discuss what you’re hoping to get out of group, any concerns you may have, and how the process works.
If we determine that group is a good fit, we’ll talk through what to expect, review group agreements, and establish a foundation for your participation. Group requires a commitment to showing up for yourself and others, as the work unfolds over time. If at any point we find that another approach might be more supportive, we’ll explore alternative options together.
To begin the process, reach out to schedule a consultation.
Groups are open to anyone who identifies anywhere on the LGBTQIA+ spectrum.

I am fully vaccinated and boosted. Masks are optional both in the common areas (e.g., the waiting room, restroom, hallway) and inside my office. I have an air filter running during individual and group sessions, and hand sanitizer is available as needed. I welcome all conversations around what you need to feel comfortable.
